FRANK LORIOU
Born in 1966. Live in Paris, France.
Photographer and independent graphic designer, specializing in musical publishing, he has been designing sleeves and posters for Yann Tiersen, Manu Chao, Dominique A, Olivia Ruiz, Thomas Fersen, Arthur H, Luke, JP Nataf, Miossec, Oxmo Puccino, Holden, Peter von Poehl, April March, Ultra Orange, Tarmac, Helena Noguerra, Tété, Juliette, Louis Bertignac, Bertrand Burgalat, etc. He has been in charge of art direction and creation of the Rock&Folk magazine cover since 1999.
He has been developing a personal photographic work, notably the Tout est calme (Everything's Quiet) series, on display from March 17th to May 2nd 2009 in the Chateau d'Eau municipal library specialized in photographic books (Paris 10). Other series are in progress, called Outta Season, This is a Landscape, Childhood...
